     We send our employees for seasonal work to Croatia and other EU member states in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the countries to which we send workers.
The salary and working hours of employees, all in accordance with legal regulations, are determined by the employer with whom the contract on sending our employees to work has been concluded. All seconded employees outside the Czech Republic have secured accommodation, two meals a day and health insurance, and a work contract with our company.

     Our company strives to ensure the best possible salary conditions and working hours.
     We respect all the wishes and plans of our potential employees, because it is normal that every employee wants to earn as much as possible in the shortest possible time, in the end because of that he goes to work in another country.
     However, unfortunately nowadays, salary and working hours are determined by the employer who offers the salary and working conditions, and the employee accepts or does not accept them. It is pure supply and demand.

    6. The contract will state your residential address where you will stay during working hours. The contract will be translated into your native language.
    7. After signing the employment contract, we will start the process of obtaining a work and residence permit at the competent institutions
    8. Upon receipt of our invitation, which states the date and place of arrival and the time of departure for work, you are obliged to come to work one day earlier.
